The interior comprises an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, etc.) opening onto a large covered terrace with a gas barbecue, three bedrooms (one with air conditioning and a 160cm double bed, one with a 140cm double bed, and one with two 90cm single beds), a shower room, and a separate WC.
Outside, enjoy a beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool (1.40m deep) and a large, flat, fully enclosed garden of approximately 1500m².
