About this apartment rental
At the BASTIDE SAINT MARTIN****, we offer for rent our 3 charming cottages with 3 double rooms each, with COMMON, COVERED AND HEATED SWIMMING POOL, in the heart of an old and quiet hamlet of Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Each independent gîte**** of about 100 m2 has its 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bathroom (2 sinks and 2 independent Italian showers), 1 separate toilet, an open kitchen and a living room.
They all open onto a walkway overlooking a magnificent patio and a covered swimming pool heated all year round.
Cleaning fee to be paid on arrival 100€.
Optional: beds made on arrival: 30€/bed in 160 and 20€/bed in 80. To be paid on arrival.

- 1 shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, Tancarvilles, iron and ironing board.
- Baby cots, baby baths, high chairs.
La Bastide Saint Martin has created an extraordinary indoor living space for its guests:
- Very original, a PATIO covered by a glass roof, like a riad in the Ardèche, houses a pretty common POOL-POOL, secure and heated to 28 degrees in summer, 32 degrees in winter, very pleasant to relax at any time and in any season!
- All around, there are two BEAUTIFUL VAULTED ROOMS in stone, overlooking the patio and the swimming pool. They are furnished to allow its guests to relax around wrought iron and mosaic tables, but also to have their meals around the patio.
- Outside, a small enclosed courtyard of 35m2 offers a few deckchairs and low armchairs.
Vallon Pont d'Arc is the nerve centre of the TOURIST ACTIVITIES of the lower Ardèche: the famous GORGES DE L'ARDECHE, the descent of the Ardèche by CANOE, the Restitution Area of the CHAUVET CAVE listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, the many CRAFT MARKETS every day in the surrounding area, the CAVES AND SINKHOLES, the CLASSIFIED VILLAGES OF CHARACTER, the many HIKING and mountain biking, CANYONING and VIA FERRATA, TREE CLIMBING with family or friends, SWIMMING, LOCAL GASTRONOMY, ARDÈCHE WINES in tasting and sales cellars, etc...
