This detached villa, located on the edge of a wooded area where the owner has one hectare of land, offers many amenities: a private, secure pool with a roll-up cover, a private, enclosed outdoor area, a fully air-conditioned, single-story home for the summer, and modern, comfortable amenities.
Add to these features an ideal location for exploring the southern Ardèche. Just 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d’Arc and the famous Ardèche Gorges; a few kilometers from charming villages such as Labeaume, and major cultural sites like the Aven d’Orgnac and the Chauvet 2 Cave in the Ardèche.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there’s plenty to choose from: canoeing, tree-top adventure courses, hiking, or mountain biking—all with expert guidance from David, the owner and a passionate cyclist.
Set on a 2,000-square-meter lot, you’ll find a complex of four single-story villas, each completely independent. Several families can get together and each book a villa for greater comfort and privacy.
Inside, this villa features a beautiful living area with a living room and open kitchen, one bedroom, designed for a guest with limited mobility, featuring a 160-bed and its private bathroom, a second bedroom with two 90-beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. To fully enjoy your stay, it’s important to be able to rest well. Special attention has been paid to the bedding (5-star hotel quality).

Your pet is welcome, provided you follow the house rules and respect the outdoor areas.
