Fire Safety-
The apartment is fitted with a monitored fire alarm system. If triggered, emergency services will be dispatched and a minimum call-out fee of $1200 may apply (guest responsibility).
Cleanliness-
If you are not satisfied with the apartment’s cleanliness upon arrival, please notify us within 6 hours and we will arrange for the cleaners to return.
Refunds cannot be provided if this opportunity is declined.
Check-Out-
Please leave the apartment tidy upon departure. Additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.

Luggage Storage-
Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available.
Lost & Found-
Lost items will be held for 2 weeks. Postage can be arranged at the guest’s expense.

Guest registration and valid photo identification are required prior to check-in. Pre-arrival instructions and welcome details will be sent before your stay.
