Any booking extensions must be requested by 4 PM the day before checkout. Otherwise, a cleaning cancellation fee will apply.
Guests will be required to complete a guest registration form prior to key instructions being sent out.
A copy of valid photo ID and card will be required.
A pre-authorisation hold of $500 will be placed on your card at check-in. This is automatically released after your departure, provided the property is left in good condition.Please note all payments are subject to a 1.5% card surcharge
To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival. Check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with our team.
Please note that failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays, and in some cases, you may be unable to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.

Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
