Shingo's Backpackers

Staff was very friendly and helpful. No any distractions from others. Well behaved people and very good value for money. I stayed to sit for an exam and I was able to do the final brush up through my study materials as well.

Cleanliness can be improved.

It is probably the cheapest place in whole Adelaide, so don't expect five-star conditions. Nevertheless, we liked the bohemian vibes of the place although some sofas had lost their color during their long history and some bugs bit me during the night. The location is very good - near the Chinatown, Central market, the museum of indigenous people, beautiful parks, pubs and airport bus stop. The kitchen where we cooked our meals and tea was also a bonus.

Proximity to local hospital and CBD. Hot showers. Extremely cheap tariff. Friendly staff.

Inconsiderate dorm patrons, particularly long term who dominated room space and kept lights on to very late. Cleanliness or lack of in most common areas.
