Elevate your stay in these two modern apartments in the same building, on levels 3 & 11, you're just a lift ride apart. Both offer 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms a balcony and a car space. One offers uninterrupted views of Newcastle Harbour, extending to Nobbys Lighthouse, the other City Sunset views. Both designed for comfort & style with luxury touches, in the heart of Newcastle's harbour precinct and right by the tram line for easy access throughout the city.
The Space:
Conveniently located, the apartments are just 170 meters from the Newcastle Interchange, providing light rail access through the city to the East End and connections to trains heading north and south.
There is a convenience store & bottle shop within the building as well as an Italian restaurant.
Close by is a Yoga & Pilates studio where my guests enjoy a discount.
Guests also have access to the building's gym.
Hotel type servicing is not available during your stay allowing significant discounts to longer stays. Approx. 7 days worth of advertised consumables will be provided to long stays.
The apartments have an indoor and outdoor dining setting for four.
Other Things to Note:
- Parking height limit: First space: 2.13 metres, Second space: 2.03 metres
- Porta-cots available. Cot mattress protector & fitted sheet provided. 105cm (L) x 76cm (H) x 79cm (W)
- Air-conditioning is available in the living rooms & bedrooms, excluding the second bedroom in the City Sunset view apartment (level 11).
STRICTLY NO PARTY GUESTS
No noise is permitted between 10 PM and 9 AM, and noise consideration is required at all other times. Parties, events, loud gatherings, binge drinking, smoking, and recreational drug use are strictly prohibited.
If you're visiting Newcastle to party, please cancel your reservation. Our properties are located in residential buildings, and we wish you a great time somewhere more suitable—like a hotel.
Breaching this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
