Eventually the location despite not being right in St Ives' centre. The flexibility of the host in constructive conversations. The size, quality and decoration of the flat.

Fabulous host who was extremely accommodating when we had last minute guests who needed a place to stay. The apartment is freshly renovated, extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the windows provided an excellent outlook down to the sea. Can't wait to book another stay in the near future!

This apartment is exceptionally clean, fresh, and modern. The highlights of my stay were the incredibly comfortable bed, pristine white linens, and high-quality amenities. Even the towels smelled wonderfully fresh. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium, spotless stay.
Stairs might be an issue for less mobile. There’s a pungent smell in the toilet.
