From the start we couldn’t use the washing machine as it tripped the hot water fuse . We reported it but nothing was done to pic the problem so had no washing machine for a week

The location of the property was amazing, a short walk down to the beach. Views were stunning. The house was very clean and tidy on arrival, and the kitchen was well equipped.

The provided stock was a little low, we had to get extra hand soap and loo roll. Not a problem as there's a local Tesocs nearby.

It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The location is exceptional with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We had chosen a flat with a washing machine because we have a severely disabled daughter. When we arrived we found that the washing machine was out of action and when the plumber came round he said that there had been issues with it for ages, that he was always coming round to fix it and that it needed to be replaced the fridge also had broken shelves so it was hard to buy more than one days food at a time and store it. With a supposedly luxury property I would have expected the appliances to work. We were given 10 per cent compensation for the flat not being as advertised.
