2BR, Haven at Gulch Hotel w/ Rooftop Pool & Views

Clean and centrally located.

The one key fob made it difficult to separate and do things as couples or individuals. The elevator being out for a couple days made the six flights unbearable at times.

Beliggenheten var utmerket. Fasilitetene var bra. Trivelig og rolig område. Rommene var store og av bra kvalitet. Det samme.badene og hvitevarer.

Enkelte sengene ikke var komfortable. Det samme med sovesofa. Bassengene er for liten for tenåringene.

The property was big and a great space for our party of four. The management company responded immediately and were very helpful.

The only negative was we were only given one fob to enter the apartment. If there are 3 couples doing different things at different times that would be a problem. It was for us.

It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen; well stocked kitchen; covered parking

Our unit had train tracks adjacent to it and it was loud; couch and beds not that comfortable; washing machine not kept clean; ironing board not good; sink drainage in bathrooms not good; placement of outlets in bedroom bizarre (lamp on bedside table that doesn’t work bc can’t reach plug - same for charging phone at night); lack of property information before checking in; one key fob is inconvenient. Most frustrating was a parking notice on car this morning when checking out - CAR WAS REGISTERED AND IN SPACE WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO PARK IN. Now, I am dealing with that with owner.
