Midnight Manor Penthouse Suite The Gulch

The property is close to downtown to walk or quick Uber. Nice restaurants and shops near by. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The place was very comfortable for 5 guests. Views of Nashville at night were fantastic . Especially on the level of the pool.

Only one key fob among five guests.

Property in excellent situation, everything was within easy walking distance

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

The building was new and modern

It looks like someone moved out in a hurry. Just random items left behind. No kitchen towels, no nightstands in the bedroom. One small sofa for sitting. Towels in the bathroom were randomly placed. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There is a strange window that leads from the bedroom to the kitchen. If someone is in the kitchen or living room, it lights up the bedroom, even with the blinds closed. It was raining and the ceiling leaked from the a/c vent. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a shower. Apparently it is a new community that was once dilapidated. Numerous homeless and graffiti. The shower curtain liners were dirty, the refrigerator was dirty and there were crumbs on the kitchen floor. When arriving, the parking situation is very confusing.

The location is good

Its very confused that the parking is not included. The booking.com has never indicated. The bed comforter, one of them has a blood on it. Its not cleaning, refrigerator is very dirty.
