Central Belfast Apartments - The Graduate Collection

The property was lovely large spaces with quality and attention to detail.

As an experienced short break food and accommodation critic and my wife an interior designer we both agreed that a larger TV on the chimney Brest instead of the large mirror would definitely improve the relaxing ambiance. The small wall unit directly behind the sofa was redundant and the room would feel more spacious if the unit was not there and a corner sofa pushed up to the wall. The mattress in both bedrooms could do with upgrading to a firmer more luxury mattress. We believe you could charge more for people’s stays with these adjustments.

It was exceptionally clean. Had everything provided for a few days away. Quiet and peaceful nights sleep.

This beautiful apartment is located centrally, it is so easy to see Queens University and the Botanical Gardens and museum. It was immaculately clean and there was a lovely welcome package for us.

I'm equal parts delighted and furious about this booking. Everything was perfect : communication with the hosts, check in, homely vibe inside, equipments, furniture, location. You could tell everything was very well thought out ... This would have been a 10/10 BUT (and it's a big but)

BUT unfortunately we could hear absolutely everything going on in the apartment above us !!!!!!! (talking, walking, sneezing, dropping things at 5AM...) which was horrendous and really ruined this lovely experience we had planned. We simply could not relax and/or sleep properly because of the noise (and I don't think the guests were even making a lot of noise, it was just the lack of insulation that made everything so loud downstairs!). You have to sort this out !!!
