Central Belfast Apartments - The Graduate Collection

Lovely space for 5 days. Location was excellent.

No problems

Location was brilliant easy to get around and not far from everything. Both apartments were rented had everything we needed an more. The instructions to open the door/key lock box was a nice touch

If I had to pick anything it be the bed is a little too soft for my liking but that was only 1 out of 7 of us so there's no real complaints

Very good, clear instructions. Great communication from the company and quite response when needed; really helpful and approachable. Beautifully furnished apartment and very clean, cosy and decked out with everything you would need such as oven, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment. Way bigger than we pictured from looking at the pictures! Close to bus connections, train station and only short walk to the centre of the city. Quiet location, with shops nearby if needed and restaurants/takeaways.

Nothing!

I'm equal parts delighted and furious about this booking. Everything was perfect : communication with the hosts, check in, homely vibe inside, equipments, furniture, location. You could tell everything was very well thought out ... This would have been a 10/10 BUT (and it's a big but)

BUT unfortunately we could hear absolutely everything going on in the apartment above us !!!!!!! (talking, walking, sneezing, dropping things at 5AM...) which was horrendous and really ruined this lovely experience we had planned. We simply could not relax and/or sleep properly because of the noise (and I don't think the guests were even making a lot of noise, it was just the lack of insulation that made everything so loud downstairs!). You have to sort this out !!!
