The place is clean. And it has all the things we need. Especially in the kitchen. There is heater for shower. Utensils are clean. They provide basic like coffee noodles soap available in the place so u wont need to go out in case u arrive at night. Though u need to pay but prices are very reasonable. There’s drinking water, ice in the freezer. Not like in the hotels. The mall is just 5 minute walk away. There’s a swimming pool. I like the place and will definitely book again. There’s tv with netflix. Wifi is good. Whoever manages this place has really thought of everything for their guests to have a comfortable stay. Not like the last one we stayed at which is more expensive but so disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this new condo for a week and would definitely book again! The unit was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh the moment I walked in. Everything was well-organized, making the space feel comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into. The location is also very convenient, with a mall nearby for shopping, dining, and other essentials. ALSO, the hair blower is a plussssss for me as someone with a very long and thick hair lol. One thing I really appreciated was the strict security in the building. It made me feel very safe throughout my stay, especially as a traveler staying away from home. The honesty store was such a thoughtful touch! It's perfect for those late-night cravings or when you get hungry in the middle of the night and need a quick snack. The host was amazing—kind, patient, understanding, and very easy to communicate with. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Davao!
