One Bedroom with Balcony in Abreeza Mall

The location is just a five-minute walk from Abreeza Mall, making it highly accessible and convenient.

The owner should consider offering small bottles of drinking water, especially to guests arriving at night. Although an empty bottle and payment were provided for us to order water, it was intended for daytime use. This was our experience, and addressing this would make guests feel more cared for.

The size of the room and its cleanliness. The shower and hot water were a nice change from most places I stay in the Philippines. A nice building, somewhat overstaffed.

The prison-like atmosphere, with a high fenced-in lockable surrounding, with too many unarmed (mentally), then giving them paperwork to try and occupy some of their work time!! Nothing like a gated community! Also, the expectation that tenants (temporary or permanent) give their room number when going in/out meant nothing, but a sense of purpose to these guards!! The current fenced-in arrangement is more like that of a low-security prison. The cheap bench (so flimsy, almost falling over) with uncomfortable high chairs in the kitchenette instead of a small, sturdy square table and chairs.
