    They let me check in without issue and the next day sent an email that I checked in on the wrong days. They had a cancelled booking on the system but no the proper one. Why let me check in if there is an issue with the booking? Showed the staff the paid booking and the cancelled booking. Upon checkout, I was asked to show the same information again. This is not acceptable that there is no communication between staff. The lift wasn’t working and this picture is what greeted me. Don’t ever stay here. It’s awful.
