    Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, the customer service was disappointing. I felt that I was not treated with the same level of respect and attention, especially as a Filipina with a foreign husband. I’m sharing this based on my own experience, and because of it, I cannot recommend this place. I hope they can improve their customer service and treat every customer equally and respectfully.

    Breakfast Buffet ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and view ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amenities ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Gave 1 toothbrush, 1 haircap, 1 grooming kit, and 1 pair of slippers for each room, which was supposed to have 2 guests each. - Did not bother to ask, though, because I was too stressed from the way we were entertained during the check-in process. - No clear orientation on where the pool, gym, breakfast buffet, etc. are. IDC if it's a Seda thing that I have to figure it out on my own by reading signs on walls and/or a printed note inside the room, which was kinda unclear too; but it could have been easier if we were quickly briefed about it since I had a long flight and just wanted to relax and rest, rather than calling the front desk again for clarification and confirmation. But the good thing is: ✅️ Responsive to feedback and concerns via private message I just hope that the check-in process experience was just due to them being busy or, as they say, “fully booked,” rather than this being their usual standard of service. Considering that they are a well-known hotel, I expected the staff to be more accommodating, welcoming, and smiley, so guests would feel that their arrival was genuinely something they were looking forward to. That being said, I was satisfied with how they handled my feedback and concerns.
