Communication is good. Reaction to problems and finding solution is quick. The location is good.
The floor of the house in downstairs is carpet and not cleaned properly since a long time so you don’t feel it is clean, especially because of the smell in the house. Bathroom was not clean enough. Dishwasher is too old that you dont feel it is cleaning properly. Generally the house is getting older by the usage.
