The apartment was simple and clean. We were allowed early check-in which was really appreciated! Location was good, with short walks to the metro.

We feel that there could have been more thought into the guests stay experience. We opted for an apartment instead of a hotel as we wanted a kitchen to make some meals ourselves. There were tools/utensils provided, but no basics such as salt, pepper, oil, and no tea towel as have always had in other places we've stayed. It is a very small detail but we think will improve the stay experience.

The apartment is in a convenient location, half an hour from the attractions. Comfortable bed, high ceilings, lots of space to put things. Nice and helpful, quick-responding staff. I am very grateful to Marco, who let us into the apartment after check-in time, and supported us when the flight was delayed. Thank you again!

In appartment was some minor flaws that can be easily fixed. There were a few things missing, like paper towels to dry the dishes. Also, if there is a washing machine in the apartment, you expect there to be detergents, but we missed them. It is one small minus needed to be mention that the apartment is right next to a tram line, so if you are a light sleeper, the noise may affect you. But it didn't change our overall good impression about a appartment.

Well located, air conditioning, well equipped

It was not properly cleaned when handed over, the washing machine has a very nasty smell probably because it’s closed, there was also a funny smell in the apartment when we got it. The shower is too small.
