Grand Hotel 1902

The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and beautifully decorated, and the facilities clean. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient, once we finally found it.

The hotel had no signage at all, and I had to walk around for 20 minutes with my luggage, asking staff at other hotels nearby for directions. When I called the hotel, there was nobody at the desk and I had to wake somebody up to give me the location. I knew that I had not booked a room with a view, but I did not realise this meant it would have no outside windows at all, and therefore no way of airing the room!

Vista incredibile dalla suite dell'ultimo piano, doccia calda, tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno. Posizione ottimale

Mancava un posto sicuro per lasciare le valigie

The hotel was conveniently located close to a metro station. The interior was beautifully decorated in a charming, classic style. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the city. The young receptionist was extremely helpful and even waited for us outside the hotel very late, after midnight. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was very smooth and efficient.
