Maybe more attention on refurbishing a bathroom.

Hotel is in old town as stated and car can’t come right to the door. Many taxis won’t go inside so for your trip to airport or at check out you either drag bags all the way to main entrance via cobblestone roads or ask hotel to arrange taxi which will be almost double price. The reception staff are helpful young men ranging 18-23 years ages and you can’t expect much organisation from them. Reception is at bottom of spiral stair case so for those who have light sleep noise will be an issue. Rooms were basic however unlike other places there was tea bags, kettle and water at check in. AC was good. Breakfast at terrace no lift and was pretty basic. View was decent. Hotel in routine asks you to cancel booking.com bookings and pay cash. Which can be a hassle and seems not right thing to do. Owners I have been told seldom visit, the outside has no signage so you might be at its door and not know you are there. It’s ok for short stay. There is no fridge in the room so if you are carrying insulin you need to ask staff. However I won’t be confident that they won’t put it in freezer instead of fridge and ruin it.
