Forse qualche cosina in più per la tisaneria. Non c’era il the o la tisana. Ma diciamo che non è così essenziale

I traveled with my mom so for two adults that are not a couple the queen size bed with one mattress was not a good solution ... they have a pull out sofa but could not provide us bedding for the sofa! The kitchen is very limited with no tea bags and just 5 coffee bags so we had to get a few essentials like toilet paper ...

The location is excellent, right on the beautiful Naples waterfront, Via Partenope, within walking distance of restaurants, attractions and the historic city centre. It is a very convenient base for exploring Naples, and the surrounding area is one of the highlights of the stay.

Unfortunately, our two-night stay (15–17 October 2026) was affected by repeated electricity problems and disappointing customer service. When we first arrived, there was no electricity in the apartment. We had not been properly informed about the white access card required to activate the power. After contacting the host, we received an explanation in Italian stating that the cleaning lady had left the card outside. As international guests, we had to specifically request communication in English to understand what was happening. The most frustrating part was that the electricity problem occurred again later. Once again, we had to contact the host, wait for instructions and spend our holiday time resolving an issue that should have been addressed before our arrival. Clear check-in instructions would have prevented much of this inconvenience. After explaining our dissatisfaction, the host apologised on behalf of the owners and offered a complimentary night during a future visit to Naples. While we appreciated the apology, this did not compensate us for the inconvenience during our actual stay. We therefore asked whether a partial refund or even a small complimentary gesture in the apartment could be arranged. Unfortunately, we received no further response to that request, and no gesture was provided. For a short two-night holiday, having to repeatedly deal with electricity problems, unclear instructions and slow communication is particularly disappointing. The location is excellent, but the management and customer service fall well below expectations. Problems can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how professionally and promptly they are handled.
