Tommaseo seaside apartments

The location is excellent; it's the best neighborhood in Naples to stay in. It's one block from the sea, one block from Pizzeria Vincenzo Capuano, and one block from Bar Tunnel. There are many places to eat in the area. The apartment is spacious and quiet, with a good shower. Simone, the young man who gave us the key and was in contact with us, is very friendly.

The apartment has a non-functional air conditioning/heating unit and several radiators that the stingy owner systematically refused to turn on, despite our daily calls to complain about the cold (we stayed with our 7-year-old daughter in January). The kitchen equipment is very poor (there's no dish rack, so you have to improvise to store things after washing them; there's no coffee maker; the electric kettle is rotten inside); there's nowhere to take out the trash in the building; the bed linens are old and stained and need to be replaced. The unit isn't adequately equipped to be rented as an apartment; it feels more like a hotel room, but there's no cleaning service, so it falls somewhere between the two

La posizione ottima per visitare i punti principali di Napoli, e vicinissimo al lungo mare.

La vista sul cortile interno, avrei preferito quella sulla strada, ma non sempre si può avere quello che si desidera .

Va bene per 2 persone Mancano ganci per appendere qualunque cosa (appendiabiti o asciugamani in bagno)

La posizione vicino al mare, ma non comodissima al centro.

Pulizia scarsa, lenzuola vecchie e macchiate, sotto al letto gomitoli di polvere e residui dei clienti precedenti. Capelli e polvere ovunque.
