The house - a flat block with 22 flats, built in a modern style with glazed balconies in all directions. The house is located opposite Waldstraße 20a and has an underground car park for our flat, as well as a bicycle parking space if required. The house is centrally located. The beach is approx. 350 metres away.
Holiday flat 6/1552 m² - max. 2-4 person occupancy
Our flat has an entrance hall with cloakroom + small storage room. You enter the combined living/dining area via a large glass door. This is equipped with a cosy and spacious corner couch, which can be pulled out as an additional sleeping possibility for max. 2 persons if required. An extendable dining table and a coffee table, each with matching seating, a colour TV (cable) and a console cabinet create a pleasant atmosphere. From the living-dining area you have access to both balconies, which are equipped with appropriate furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob. Dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The bedroom is furnished with height-adjustable box-spring beds (very spacious), a large wardrobe and bedside cabinets with lamps. You can also access a balcony from here. Thanks to the deep balcony windows, this flat is pleasantly flooded with light. The bathroom has a shower/WC, washbasin with mirror and a window.
