The 2-room flat is located on the first floor of the apartment house Strandstrasse 8 and has a car parking space in the underground car park The "hall kitchen" is equipped with all modern kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). In the living area we find a double sofa bed (extendable on request) as well as armchairs, a sideboard, a colour TV and radio and CD.the bedroom is equipped with height-adjustable box spring beds, matching bedside cabinets with lighting and a large wardrobe.the bathroom has shower / WC, a mirror cabinet and for ventilation serves a not visible window.pets by arrangement !!!
The houses are located directly at the access to the beach (distance approx. 400m) in the immediate centre of Baab with many shopping facilities, ATMs, post office, tourist information etc..
