The apartment is nice. The shower is nice, the sofa is nice, the apartment is recently renovated, the bed is nice, etc. The location is exceptional in terms of view and restaurants, but it is a bit far from the beach. We had a good time here.
There are a few things to improve, so the rating is relative to the price. If I pay more than 100e per night, I expect everything to be flawless. For instance, they could fix the airco. They could add curtains in the livingroom. The stove/oven is quite outdated.

L’ emplacement et le prix
Léger, manque d’hygiène, frigo sale , draps …

Good location, helpful staff, spaciousness
The room is situated above some discotheque so their music played really loud and woke us up Saturday to Sunday morning 4 am. Also the living room windows have no curtains or blinds and the sun was really strong. The bedsheets smells like smoke and the shower drain was clogged
