The apartment is nice. The shower is nice, the sofa is nice, the apartment is recently renovated, the bed is nice, etc. The location is exceptional in terms of view and restaurants, but it is a bit far from the beach. We had a good time here.
There are a few things to improve, so the rating is relative to the price. If I pay more than 100e per night, I expect everything to be flawless. For instance, they could fix the airco. They could add curtains in the livingroom. The stove/oven is quite outdated.

Een uitgebreide mail met wat allemaal verboden is, is niet echt uitnodigend. Door een afgeleefde trappenhuis moet je twee verdiepingen hoger. Daar kom je in een appartement waar het 30 graden Celsius is. Gelukkig gaan de ramen open maar je zit boven het terras van een druk café. De airco werkt niet of half. Geen batterijen in de afstandsbediening. De tv werkt maar heeft geen kanalen en ook geen kabel. WiFi werkt maar geen instructies hoe je moet connecteren. We zijn niet gebleven en hebben andere oplossing gezocht en ons geld kwijt. Hoe dit appartement een 8+ rating krijgt begrijpen we niet. Alles is er wel maar ziet er op de foto’s leuker uit dan in werkelijkheid
