It was an ok stay but lacked the attention to detail for the price.

Spacious, clean and central.

The stairs leading up to the flat were quite treacherous and lights didn’t come on. Lots of objects obstructing the hallways. Some very angry seagulls nesting on the roof. Thought we were going to be attacked sticking our heads out the window. Didn’t feel so welcoming with only the one coffee pod and hardly any toilet roll supplied.

Good base for the area.

Well appointed, furnished and comfortable in a great location for the city. We stayed 8 nights and this place worked well for us.

Stairs to 4th floor were a bit tricky as the PIR light sensors didn’t work on all flights. Shower drained slowly and overflowed.

As a family with bags, we needed to climb up a set of 4 floors up and down steep steps.

Super logement, mais attention à l’accès.

Super beau studio tout comfort, extrèmement propre et hyper équipé.

L’entrée et la cage d’escaliers déçoivent et ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du studio. Il y 4 étages à faire par des vieux escaliers raides et souillés de sable. Avec une valize c’est plutôt périlleux. Personnes agées ou PMR ne pourront pas y loger. Projet de rénovation en cours d’après l’hôte. Cet aspet mérite d’être plus clairement mentionné dans l’annonce.

Bel appartement très bien placé mais quelques désagréments à prendre en compte

L’emplacement, la décoration de l’appartement, l’équipement de la cuisine et les 2 TV

L’escalier d’accès est vraiment sale et donne une mauvaise impression en arrivant Le bar la citadelle tolère les fumeurs et donc des odeurs fortes de cigarette remontent jusqu’au 4eme étage. C’est assez désagréable quand on est non fumeur. La douche s’est bouchée 2 fois avec débordement sur le parquet de la salle de bain.

Er was veel ruimte en fijne keuken.

Ten eerste was het schuine dag soms vervelend. Bij aankomst is het een beetje een vage gang waar je doorheen moet en 4 trappen op moet en we konden geen licht vinden. Het rook bij aankomst erg muf. In de badkamer waren een paar problemen. De wc bril ging los, kraan raakt los als je hem een beetje hardhandig open doet en de douche lekte waardoor de badkamer onder een laag water lag. Dit hebben we gemeld, maar er kwam geen oplossing waardoor we de tweede dag maar niet gedoucht hebben. Het bed was niet erg comfortabel en het hoeslaken ging een paar keer los waardoor ik toen ik wakker werd op het matras zelf lag. Als dit erg goedkoop was zou ik het zeker aanbevelen want je hebt een mooie grote ruimte met veel voorzieningen op een goede locatie. Er waren echter zoveel dingen niet helemaal goed waardoor ik een beetje spijt had dat ik dit had geboekt

C'est un très bel appartement, magnifiquement rénové avec goût et style, propre, et qui dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin (cuisine bien équipée).

L'entrée de la cage d'escalier de l'immeuble au rdc qui est encombrée et pas super propre. Mais cela n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement en lui-même.
