A new establishment with easy access to the surrounding towns. Very clean and friendly staff. Some items were missing in the apartment but once notified, the items were delivered. A lovely pool area!

The property is new & well kept and the rooms are comfortable & clean. It’s well located to take the car & visit the small towns around Umbria.

A couple of things: firstly, the location is convenient to visit the towns but not really charming as it’s still very close to the freeway (from the pool, you can hear the drone of the cars passing by); secondly, considering it’s so isolated, there should be the opportunity to at least buy some water or provide additional amenities in the rooms (plates/cups/cutlery are only available if you reserve the room with the kitchenette). All in all, a solid place, with some aspects to take into consideration.

Accomodatie miste een echt keukentje. Het keukentje in de kast was niet echt confortabel genoeg om daar een maaltijd te bereiden. Maar uiteten in Italië is geen straf.

È stato bello poter fare amicizia con le altre famiglie presenti, soprattutto quelle con bambini dell’età dei nostri figli. Fare grigliate insieme, tra una chiacchiera e uno spritzino ci ha fatto sentire fra amici.
