About this villa rental
Provencal style villa with a stone tower, lovingly restored with every comfort, with wide open spaces for families and small groups. Outside, there is a private swimming pool 6mx12m. The villa comprises 6 beds for adults and a cot for children. The villa is equipped with an access ramp for people with disabilities and chair lift access from garage.
Immersed in the Umbrian countryside overlooking the hills, but in the countryside near the provincial road and well connected, it associates a rural environment with the comforts of a modern home. The location offers an excellent solution to stay in the country and as a base for hiking in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Several beautiful locations in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio are easily reachable for day trips.
The offer is for hospitality only (meals are not provided), but has a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The area is also rich in restaurants. The rent includes the supply of bed linen and towels, including towels for the pool shower. For stays of multiple weeks, a change of linen and cleaning environments is included. A discount will be offered depending on length of stay. An un-refundable deposit is due at booking time and the balance is due within 15 days of arrival. A supplement for heating expenses us due depending on the season. A written agreement and a deposit are due before the keys will be given a delegate of the owner.

Fantastisk dejligt rummeligt feriehus med egen Pool. Man kunne være helt sig selv. Ejerne af huset tog rigtigt godt imod os og er virkeligt søde og hjælpsomme. Huset var meget fint og rent. Der var massere af badelagner til fri afbenyttelse, et godt køkken, stor stue, fine værelser og et dejligt overdækket udeareal. Området ligger tæt på en meget stor sø hvor der var massere af restauranter. Man skal være indstillet på at have en bil, ellers er det svært at komme rundt, medmindre man benytter de mange cykler som der stilles til rådighed. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne bo der igen, næste gang vi besøger Magione.

Magione was a great location to explore the region with many places to visit within an hour or so. We enjoyed our stay. The Villa provided plenty of space for our family. It was good to have two bath/shower rooms. The afternoon temperatures were close to 40 degrees, the fans provided were very useful. The villa has a good size pool which was cleaned regularly. The Owners were very thoughtful and wanted us to enjoy our stay..we did, thank you.

A malincuore abbiamo lasciato questo posto incantevole.
La villa, in stile provenzale e in pietra a vista, e’ dotata di tutti i confort, l’arredamento e’ gradevole e di buon gusto e il giardino e la piscina fanno si che la vacanza si trasformi in un relax piu’ completo rotto solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli e da qualche animale da giardino.
Questa breve settimana ci ha completamente rigenerato e a fatica lasciavamo le villa per fare un po’ di turismo in queste due regioni meravigliose Umbria e Toscana visitando non solo le citta’ piu’ conosciute ma i paesini che hanno tutti un fascino particolare e sono di una bellezza unica.
I proprietari ci hanno curato potremmo dire continuamente senza essere invadenti ma assicurandosi che andassimo nei ristoranti giusti e qui ce ne sono veramente tanti, per non parlare poi delle sagre paesane che durante il periodo estivo sono innumerevoli.
Anche il nostro cane era contentissimo e scorrazzava felice per il prato e la piscina.
Ora siamo rientrati ma non appena avremo occasione torneremo perche’ francamente una sola settimana in questi posti bellissimi non basta.

"Abbiamo trascorso in questa villa immersa nella campagna umbra a ridosso di una bella collina delle meravigliose vacanze.
La regione è magnifica ed è possibile raggiungere con facilità luoghi incantevoli come il lago Trasimeno e i suoi paesi, Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Chiusi, Cortona, Siena oltre a innumerevoli paesini medioevali altrettanto belli. Il proprietario, persona squisita, ci ha consegnato la villa, di recente ristrutturata, in perfette condizioni dotandola di ogni confort, con la piscina che, nelle giornate più afose e assolate, ci ha dato un provvidenziale refrigerio nel più assoluto relax. Per non parlare della cucina umbra squisita e delle sagre paesane che hanno contribuito a rendere indimenticabile questa nostra vacanza, che ricorderemo con profonda nostalgia nelle fredde giornate invernali."
