Stan je lepo opremljen. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je dobra. Parking dostupan na ulici.
Trebalo bi poboljšati čistoću. Tepih i sudovi su prljavi. Polomljna je stranica na dvosedu u dnevnoj sobi, a krevet u spavaćoj sobi je neudoban. Tuš kabina je imala veliku rupu na sredini, a ispod su bili postavljeni peškiri da skupljaju vodu. O tome nismo bili ni obavešteni, niti nam je dato neko izvinjenje. Svetlo u hodniku nije radilo. Nedostaju pegla i fen. Uz malo više pažnje o higijeni i detaljima ovo bi mogao da bude dobar izbor za smeštaj u Podgorici.
