The house features very nice bedrooms and a living room. It also includes a small garden with a view of the wooded area. The location is excellent; there are a few cafés and a small shop nearby, as well as a market on Sundays. The owner is very kind and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to spend a pleasant time in Sintra.

Location! Parking was great! If you don’t find a spot right by the property, there are plenty of free spots just 2 walking minutes away. This is also a closest walk point to Pena palace-it’s only 20-25 minutes walk from here. The property can easily fit 4 people (two queen beds in two separate bedrooms).Fast and easy check-in.

I personally prefer the cotton bedsheets, but these were polyester. Hot water: I washed the dishes and took a shower right away-lasted 7-10 minutes (for those who expect it to last longer). The mirror in the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better from the previous occupiers… The knocking sound from upstairs at around 6am-for those who expect to sleep a bit longer could be an issue (I woke up at 4am anyway-so I didn’t care). The apartment sits half way down, so it’s a bit dark and humid in there.
