The location was stunning and the presentation was great. The hot tub really made it for us, it was very relaxing ☺️
A microwave and a thicker mattress would have been perfect. My other half is 6ft 3 so understandably it was a bit snug for him, but the main issue was that we could feel the bed boards through the mattress

The lodge was beautiful, lovely and clean and cozy. The hot tub area was very nice and if we had had a bit more time to stay we would have enjoyed sunbathing on the loungers.
Hosts can't really help it as it is in the environment, but we would have appreciated a warning about the ticks in Inverness. We aren't used to them where we are so had a shock when our dogs were covered in them. No harm done though.
