The host arrived before our scheduled meeting time and was very helpful (pre-order the car permit for the restricted zone), helped us to access the property and gave us some nice addresses for diner ! Definitely exceeded our expectations !

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles da was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Anastasia war super. Sie war super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sie hat auch alles mit dem Parkticket organisiert und vorbeireitet. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

The flat is situated in the center of Modena, very close to Osteria Francescana (you can meet Massimo on the streets just getting out for an espresso), you can park in front of the entrance with the ZTL pass offered by the lovely guest Anastasia (free blue line ticket offered also if no parking spots available in the ZTL), elevator available (great for luggage and tired feet), the kitchen is very well equiped, overall it was a grest choice, will get back for sure. Thanks Anastasia for your support and meeting us on our arrival🙏
