Beautiful surroundings, incredible views, lovely staff, amazing camel ride, nice dinner and brilliant fire show.
The room we were in seemed to be one of the ones awaiting refurbishment, with broken glass in the window, fridge not working, no outdoor seating and lights not working, so it didn’t feel like luxury. I’m sure if we had stayed in one of the newly refurbished ones, we would have felt differently.

Great place, great room for 2 people.
The food was delicious and generous, with a great buffet selection!
The fire show and music were fantastic.
The activities and hotel staff were excellent, attentive and always happy to help. Highly recommended!

Nice experience in a great setup. We traveled with kids who loved the pool and adventure of sleeping in a tent.
It's not well maintained. Things are falling apart (e.g. shower door not closing, shared restrooms broken).
The organised dinner is very good, but the whole evening is rushed! We did not even finish our food when we were asked to go to another place for the fire show - which then only started after waiting for 20 minutes and lasted 5 minutes.
Over all just an expensive setup for tourists that think this is the real desert experience.
