The property was very clean & well kept and the rooms were spacious. The entertainment and food were also fantastic. We danced with the performers and really enjoyed the fire show. It was great fun! We also appreciated the staff who were very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the camp.
The WiFi did not work well, though given the location it might be understandable. The food was good, but there were no vegetables served with the meal. There was a vegetarian option, but it was not possible to have vegetables if you ordered meat or chicken.

My husband and adult son (and myself) had just one night at the Orion dome last week.
Wonderful experience, great communication.
Staff were attentive, rooms were large and well appointed with stunning views. The pool is massive, the food and cocktails great, the evening entertainment fabulous, and finally the camel tour guide ismaal took the most amazing photos as well as being very kind and funny. Thankyou also for looking after our son after our departure.

Different experience
The trash bin in room was not cleaned from last person and full of flies in room

The location was lovely. the staff was absolutely brilliant. We forgot our sunscreen and they got a bottle delivered to the property for us. And the entertainment was great on the first night.
The lack of things to do. On the site it says there is a spa and that’s not true. The pools were too cold to swim in. We had a ‘special meal’ on the second that we thought would be something special but it was a kids meal chicken nuggets etc which was disappointing.
Also there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and for the price you pay it’s not good enough.
