La gentillesse du personnel et l’établissement en lui même qui état incroyable

Toen we aankwamen na een korte rit werden wij direct warm ontvangen. We waren te vroeg maar mochten gebruik maken van het zwembad. De dome was erg schoon en prachtig ingericht. We hebben via de slaaplocatie een kameelrit geboekt wat een echte ervaring was. Bij het avondeten kregen wij heerlijk traditioneel eten met daarbij live muziek en daarna zelfs nog een vuurshow. In de ochtend stond er ook nog heerlijk ontbijt voor ons klaar. Wij zouden hier zeker naar toe terug gaan, wat een onwijs mooie ervaring dankzij deze lieve mensen!

Aan te raden om zelf wat snackjes mee te nemen, die waren wij vergeten.

Une nuit dans le désert absolument parfaite ! ✨ Tout était au rendez-vous : le cadre, l’ambiance, l’organisation… mais surtout l’accueil, qui était vraiment exceptionnel. Une équipe adorable, chaleureuse, attentionnée et aux petits soins du début à la fin. On s’est sentis les bienvenus immédiatement. Une expérience magnifique et un souvenir que nous garderons longtemps. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! 🐪🏜️❤️

The location was lovely. the staff was absolutely brilliant. We forgot our sunscreen and they got a bottle delivered to the property for us. And the entertainment was great on the first night.

The lack of things to do. On the site it says there is a spa and that’s not true. The pools were too cold to swim in. We had a ‘special meal’ on the second that we thought would be something special but it was a kids meal chicken nuggets etc which was disappointing. Also there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and for the price you pay it’s not good enough.
