The camp is located off the beaten track, making for more private and authentic experience. The property is huge, all areas beautifully furnished, spacious with guest tents hundreds of meters apart, fabulous views, excellent food and Arabic coffee. The bon fire night with the show topped it all. The hosts are very attentive, knowledgable of local history and warm.

Everything. My partner and I wanted a romantic evening in the desert and that is what we received. From the get set, the team were there on hand to help, providing tea as soon as we arrived. The whole experience felt surreal and we will be booking again for sure and hopefully for a longer period. Our expectations were exceeded wiithout fault.

The staff were terrific and the food was very good

The Agafay desert is really nice and the luxury tents are spacious and nicely decorated.

We rented 3 large tents, and the 3 of them had a dirty bathroom with hairs in the sink and the shower. The mirrors were not clean, one towel had blood and others looked not really neat. This was the only place we stayed in were they didn’t place a bottle of water in it (even with a supplement to pay), which is too bad as the tents are 250 meters away from the reception and with the high temperatures, it is annoying to be brought to your accommodation and right away have to walk again back to reception to request this. Finally the responsible of the camp, is extremely not welcoming and rude in his responses. Which for Morroco is very unusual as service quality tend to be very high. He tells you it is possible to pay by card but pressures you to pay by cash by saying that finally the card doesn’t work. He offers excursions but doesn’t specify clearly if it has been confirmed and when or where you have to go to do it. And many more issues with him during the trip. I guess when you hate so much your work better to change industry as your desert experience definitely gets impacted by it. However the rest of the staff was really nice.
