Panoramic sea view - Exclusive Home with garden - by Domorent

La casa è molto carina, il soggiorno è ampio con due divani ed una zona cucina ben organizzata. La zona notte è separata dal soggiorno attraverso un cortiletto esterno su cui si affacciano altri appartamenti. Il giardino con vista sulla spiaggia di coda cavallo è molto piacevole e la zona pranzo coperta all'esterno è abbastanza spaziosa. La signora Antonella che si occupa in prima persona dei check-in è stata sempre molto gentile e rapida nel rispondere e ci ha accolto con grande disponibilità.

Nell'appartamento non c'è praticamente rete telefonica, ma fortunatamente c'è un wifi che però prende bene solo nella zona giorno. Ci sono numerosi gradini da percorrere per accedere all'appartamento,che possono rendere scomodo l'accesso se si viaggia con tanti bagagli. Servirebbero delle migliorie per rendere la casa funzionale e giustificare anche il prezzo di affitto ( molte luci non funzionano, nei bagni mancano accessori come ganci porta asciugamani e porta rotoli, sarebbe carino fornire un set asciugamani e carta anche per il bagno di servizio in soggiorno altrimenti inutilizzabile, il condizionatore della camera da letto è rumoroso e mancano tende oscuranti per consentire di riposare anche la mattina). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda nel bagno in camera da letto che praticamente non funzionava. Siamo comunque confidenti che risolveranno questa problematica dopo la nostra segnalazione.

Telefoonverbinding niet altijd stabiel

Probably the most beautiful location in Sardinia, it doesn't get any better than that. Having a garden with the view of capo coda cavallo is a rare find, a luxury few other accommodations can offer. Having breakfast and spending the afternoon after a day at the beach in this accommodation was a true pleasure. The garden itself offered a good level of privacy, they even came to mown the lawn to keep it in good shape. In general being in Villaggio Est is comfortable, you have 3 restaurants at walking distance which were absolutely delightful. The check in information was also very useful, we easily found the location and the entrance of the property. Something we did not expect was the internet connection, the area is completely isolated with no phone network or cabling. Still they have installed a starlink solution which worked flawlessly for me with 30-40Mb stable connection. The kitchen worked well, with new pans and an efficient induction stove. By all means you should consider this homestay if you are traveling as a couple and can make some compromises. Or in not very warm months.

The property is not managed properly, such a privileged location deserves better, and will have to improve if they want to keep the current ratings. - Domorent has under delivered. Additional questions we asked before check in remained unanswered, I had to call them directly and actually Antonella, the lady who manages check in and check out was more helpful than them. Before writing this review, as they have kindly asked me to leave a 10 star review, even after a non perfect stay, I've taken the time to share detailed feedback with them. After 3 weeks they have simply ignored me, they just don't care. - The bedrooms are not suitable for sleeping in any weather warmer than 28⁰C. The air conditioning doesn't work well and is too noisy for anyone to sleep next to it. No air circulation is possible due to limited openings to the outside. When the Aircon is on, the space outside between day space and the bedroom becomes unbearably hot. After a sleepless night we were able to improve things after requesting some fans, which made it bearable to sleep there. Both bedrooms are stuffy, with a smell of dusty clothes or humidity. They would need to be freshened up and get 2 modern air conditioning solutions. If you are traveling as a couple you will easily choose to sleep in the living room, there's a large sofa bed and a very good Aircon module. - the whole place is well equipped but fairly run down. Broken light installations, non functioning switches. Clunky doors which are hard to close. It badly needs a few days of overall maintenance. - as other reviews have highlighted, the bedrooms are connected to the living space by an external space. This is ok if you are all grown ups, but with little kids, leaving them sleeping alone could be tricky as the second room can't be locked and they will be able to get out at night in a dark outside space with lots of steps.
