About this villa rental
Villa Lu Impostu is a private villa with swimming pool which comfortably accommodates 10 people (max 16). The villa is 800 meters away from the nearest beach ("Lu Impostu" beach, more than 1km of length, also reachable on foot), and 1,5 km far from Puntaldia village that offers a lot of services (among which golf, tennis, swimming pool, supermarket, tobacconist, cafe, photo service etc.) and whose beach "La Cinta" with its 2km of dunes of white sand connects Puntaldia to San Teodoro village (4km far from the villa, straight down on the "Orientale Sarda" road).
The Olbia - Coast Smeralda Airport and Olbia Harbour, where ferries dock, are less than 20 km far.
The villa has a huge dining room with a big fireplace and a living room, dinette kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 5 bathrooms, double sofa beds in the living room and a closed veranda at the entrance with sofa bed and blackout curtains, with enough room for up to 16 people.
Two of the bedrooms are external from the rest of the house, with independent bathroom and entrance.
There is also a porch with sliding glass doors, a terrace all around the house and a huge garden (1500mq). Additional external kitchen with sink, cookers and barbecue.
The villa is fully renovated (2019) and it has also an external shower on the back and a 25mq panoramic solarium on the roof with another shower and a splendid sea view.
Among other services:
Internet WI-FI in all rooms and in the terrace, air conditioning DAIKIN in each room, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cylinder, electric oven, sat-tv with flat HD LCD TV, remote controlled gate, intercom.
Up to 4 parking places (one of them with roof).
A € 500 deposit is required, to be paid locally in cash upon arrival.

Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible around check in and out - much appreciated. As mentioned to Chiara there are a few areas for improvement. A villa manual would help with finding/operating things including the satellite tv as the intro to the villa by the housekeeper is very quick and in Italian. The contents of the kitchen cupboards and equipment need a complete overhaul- many multiples of some items (seems like a catering store) and insufficient others eg water glasses, sharp knives. Some items eg table coverings, damaged cutlery need replacing. All in all however a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. Thank you!

Nice property surrounded by lovely gardens and superb pool. Electronic gates to entrance. We could walk to local beach which was excellent for swimming, great for small children and adults alike. 2 good local restaurants and supermarket within walking distance but car essential. We had a few issues with internet not working, electric gates being temperamental, but there was good communication between Chiara, local agent and ourselves so these issues were dealt with. It would have been helpful to have been met at property by someone who spoke English to have a clearer understanding of local area etc. However, all in all we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again.
