the privacy and quick response from the hosts
had a difficult time navigating because of a construction road block close by but pretty easy to find otherwise.

Amazing value for such a great location! The property is very secure, with a locked front door that requires a passcode to enter. The room is very spacious and includes a small kitchen. I found the bed to be very comfortable as well. The rooftop area with a washing machine and lines to dry clothes is also a nice benefit. The property owner quickly responds to any questions and comments, and the housekeeper is also very helpful and attentive, and keeps the room clean and stocked with water/toilet paper.
I spotted a few cockroaches in the room during my stay, and the towels sometimes seemed less than perfectly clean.
