Heritage Service Apartment

Comfortable, clean, character apartment. Perfect location for exploring Patan and doing a bit of relaxing. We felt very well looked after by all the staff. Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was basic but adequate for preparing a few meals. Washing machine was shared for the building, located on the roof. Be prepared for street noise - we didn’t mind it as it was a great location and tended to quiet down overnight.

New property near by Patan durbar square (2 minutes walking distance) and fully furnished and in house cafe :) Spacious Luxury apartment. Host is very friendly and supportive and took us to roam around patan area for free and gave us information about place to visit in Nepal.

This is a very large and very clean apartment. High-quality bed linens and comfortable mattresses are provided. Hot water is available 24/7 with good pressure. The owner is very kind and friendly, showed us around and helped us with our first grocery shopping. There's a mini-cafe in the lobby, and the staff delivers coffee directly to your apartment. The building is located in the heart of the historic Patan district. Durbar Square is a 3-minute walk away. It's important to note the feeling of safety in the building and the surrounding area. You can stroll around the area until late at night. There are numerous small grocery stores around. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after exploring the city.

The apartment was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We would have liked more kitchen utensils and dishes.

This place is new, it looks very modern and is very clean compared to hotels I’ve stayed in in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Everything works well, fridge, aircon etc.

Perhaps it is new, the location was not yet on Google but inDrive drivers was able to drop us off quite close.
