I love this stay

I had a wonderful stay at Teesta Hotel Kalimpong. The hotel is family-friendly with the best hospitality from the staff. Everyone was warm, polite, and very helpful. My son enjoyed pool with them. The food was excellent, and the location is beautiful. Had a view of the mighty kanchenjunga from balcony—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

I recently stayed at Teesta Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, there was no proper parking facility at the hotel. Guests had to park their vehicles outside, and there was no adequate assistance or security arrangement for the vehicles. Secondly, during the night, there appeared to be no responsible manager or staff member available to assist guests. Even for basic requirements, such as requesting a bottle of drinking water at night, there was no proper assistance available. I was also disappointed to find that the breakfast timing displayed on the booking website was not accurate, which caused inconvenience during my stay. Most importantly, I noticed that additional meals were added to my final bill even though those meals were not consumed by me. This is a serious billing issue and should be investigated. Guests should only be charged for services or meals that they have actually used. Overall, the lack of basic guest assistance, inadequate parking and security arrangements, inaccurate information regarding breakfast timings, and incorrect billing made my stay highly unsatisfactory. I request the hotel management to look into these issues seriously, clarify the additional charges on my bill, and refund any amount charged for meals that I did not consume. I hope the management will take appropriate corrective action so that other guests do not face similar problems in the future.
