    Location of the hotel is slightly away from the main action centre however the seclusion is worth it. The view from the hotel and the proximity to deolo park is what makes the it a great deal. The staff are very amicable and the rooms are decent. The hotel provides rental bikes as well so that's a plus. Overall 8/10 stay

    I opted for the hotel to spend my bd with a view. Upon arrival my room was dusty and dirty, bathroom was appalling, geyser didn’t work /unacceptable conditions (photos were shared with the hotel staff), smelled molud or tobacco. I asked to change the staff couldn’t. The next day they suggested to upgrade and compensate with one night. As it was my bd, they put some balloons and a little cake, BUT the next day they started to bombard me with calls that the given room was reserved and it was misunderstanding and they don’t have other rooms with the view. They didn’t want to return money for the 1st night. they wasted 2 hrs of my time debating, saying not possible. In the end they found a room with a view, and several more rooms were empty on the same floor. The hotel staff and management ruined my mood for the bd stay. In general, the hotel rooms are not sound proof. Plus, the sign outside of the door “don’t disturb” means nothing to staff they kept knocking on the door, inquiring different things, so the serenity and peace I was looking for is not there. 2 breakfasts which I had caused running stomach. I didn’t appreciate that smth was promised and after a while they rolled back and I had to spend my bd stay for debating on smth that should be provided by default.
