    It was my third stay at the property, thoroughly professional and well run hotel. Everytime I have been with my young family, and we have kept coming back because of the assurance of a safe and a comfortable stay by the hotel staff.

    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the rooms were fairly clean, the service and hospitality were extremely poor. The hotel advertises a "free welcome drink" for guests on arrival. However, we were never offered one. This is false advertising and misleads customers. Breakfast was included in our booking, with the buffet starting at 7:00 AM. I informed the staff in advance that I had an exam at 7:00 AM and would be leaving by 6:43–6:45 AM. I asked if I could get breakfast a little earlier. The staff themselves said, "Okay ma'am, we will pack something for you."However, at 6:42 AM, we were handed ice-cold, stale food directly from the fridge – clearly leftovers from the previous night. We received 2 cold bread sandwiches, a few cubes of watermelon, and 2 boiled eggs that were also stone-cold. It was raining heavily that morning, and serving fridge-cold, stale food to a guest who had an exam was extremely insensitive and unhygienic. The staff had enough time to prepare something fresh, but chose not to. They did not even offer basic juice, coffee, or tea. Just fridge-cold leftovers from last night. To make it worse, they charged us for a bottle of water. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but we had to pay for water. Extremely unprofessional. The room did not have toothpaste or toothbrush, which are basic amenities. I called room service, they send it after 5 minutes. The room service number barely works. It is either busy or no one answers. Overall: The hotel fails in basic hospitality. They make false promises, serve unhygienic stale food, and lack proper guest service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have important work like exams.
