Shaftesbury 2-Bed House with Parking

Very clean, well equipped with the essentials including a towel each, tea and coffe etc. and perfect location to the town and for visiting our friend who lives in Shaftesbury. A lovely house. Communication from owner was also excellent.

Took ages to figure out the only way to turn shower on/off was via the power cord from ceiling. The twin beds are very low to floor which is fine for kids but older adults may struggle - the sofa bed and main bedroom were fantastic.

WiFi, TV, parking, shower, and location all excellent

3 of us stayed and all 3 of us liked the property and its location very much. If I had one complaint, bedroom two is smaller than it looks in the photos.

Very easy system to gain access. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay. Good communication with the owner(s) The fan was very welcome even if the air was already hot (we stayed during a heatwave)

There was no bedside table light in the second bedroom or any furniture other that the bed(s). A bedside table or chest of drawers for items of clothing or other items would be very useful. In the bathroom, although there was a charging point for a shaver or electric toothbrush there was no shelf to stand the item on for the cable to reach. There was parking to the rear of the property but were no instructions / information regarding which parking space it was, Nice little houseit wasn't numbered and not very well lit in the evening. Nor were there instructions what to do with our rubbish and recycling and no dustbins were evident.
