Nice location, big rooms, really homely and had everything we needed.
Nice and clean too.
The mattress in the smaller front bedroom was uncomfortable, but I am really trying hard something bad to say!

Good location for us going to an event in Dudley. Few mins drive from the shops, easy to find.
Had everything we needed, good amount of space. Thoughtful additions like fresh milk was really nice.
Pretty clean, found old items in a drawer in a room that was probably just missed from the last clean.
