Modern 4 Bedroom Stylish Villa with out-door Hot Tub

Down a side road, away from main road, secured gate. Can play music via hot tub. Large rooms. Was sent thorough rules before attending. Good communication with host, even knocked on door to see how we we were. Nice and bright liked lighting on floor. Will defo book again. Large living room and kitchen for family interaction and games.

Slightly different compared to pictures; different sofas, some lighting not working in kitchen, sofas worn and chipped painting and floor tiles. No canopy above hot tub can’t use if raining. Extra £50 payment for hot tub use. £200 damage fee not automatically refunded you must request this and send bank details. Hot tub use is only until 10pm. Must leave property by 10am. Table is in a corner will need to be pulled out for family use.

The property was in a great location and, while on site, we felt very safe and secure, with a lovely sense of privacy away from the public. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The added Netflix and Prime were a really nice touch, particularly for those who wanted to take some time away from the group and relax in their own space. The host was extremely accommodating and responded to messages promptly, politely and helpfully throughout our stay. The hot tub was lovely and would have been a real highlight. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we weren’t able to make as much use of it as we would have liked. As guests pay an additional fee for the hot tub, perhaps the host could consider adding a gazebo or some form of cover over it, which would allow guests to enjoy it even when the weather isn’t quite on our side. I think this would be a fantastic addition and would make the hot tub even more enjoyable year-round.

Unfortunately, the property wasn’t cleaned to the standard I would have expected. It was generally tidy and presentable, and it’s clear that it is looked after and prepared for each new guest, but it does need some TLC to bring it up to the level it could be. On entering the property, the floors also felt a little sticky underfoot, which immediately gave the impression that they could have done with a more thorough clean. A fresh coat of paint throughout would make a big difference, particularly to cover some of the marks and stains. There were also areas where walls had been filled or repaired but the work hadn’t yet been finished, which made the property feel a little tired. Even some additional attention to the more basic areas, such as wiping down doors, skirting boards and the corners of the showers, would make a noticeable difference and help the property feel much cleaner and more hygienic. We also noticed that the sponges provided for washing dishes appeared to have already been used and were quite old. We were therefore reluctant to use them, as we didn’t know how long they had been there or what they had previously been used for. Providing fresh sponges for each new guest would be a small but worthwhile improvement.

Walked in and u could smell how clean it was Plenty seating inside and out Beds was very comfortable Staff are brilliant as soon as I sent a message had a reply straight away Deposit was sent bk with in 2 hours of leaving highly recommend 😀

Cannot praise this property enough. Our previous reservation cancelled ON THE DAY whilst we were enroute. We felt so lucky that we were able to book last minute and that the Property Manager was able to accommodate the heatwave and put fans in for us on the day. He was also on hand throughout our stay to answer any questions. Great communication, great arrival instructions.. and the property itself was spacious, clean and fitted with everything we needed. Also loved the personalised neon.. lovely touch and great for night time. Thank you Muhammad 🙏 We will be back.
