Excelente relação qualidade, preço. O proprietário é uma pessoa incrívelmente simpático e preocupado em agradar aos hóspedes. O quarto é limpo e o pequeno almoço é muito bom
O facto de estar localizado numa rua residencial, com quintais e capoeiras perturba o descanso, pois os galos estão sempre a fazer barulho durante a noite e existe um minarete de uma mesquita mesmo atrás do alojamento o que fez com que acordasse todas as noites com os galos a cantar e o chamamento para a oração por volta das 5h00 da manhã. Embora o proprietário tenha disponível também para os ouvidos para oferecer aos hóspedes, não resolvem o problema. Por outro lado o alojamento não é um hotel mas sim um páteo com alguns anexos em madeira, que são os quartos e por ouvem se todos os barulhos exteriores
