Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. We just used the provided password to get the key from the lockbox by the main door, and placed it back when leaving. The house is very new, with a warm and cozy design. It features all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, iron, and a washing machine in the ground-floor laundry area with a convenient space to hang-dry clothes right next to it. The bathroom on the ground floor is very nice. The toilets are conveniently separated, with one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. The neighbourhood is peaceful, especially at night. We stayed here for over 10 days and it truly felt like home. The location is excellent if you have a car—driving to downtown Osaka takes only 15–20 minutes. During our stay, we easily took day trips to USJ, Legoland Discovery Centre, downtown Osaka, Kobe Sanda Premium Outlets, and Nara. Highly recommended!

There were only a few of very minor drawbacks, all of which were completely manageable. First, the toilets are located on the ground floor and the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the second floor. If you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night, you will have to walk up and down the stairs. Believe that is a typical design for Japanese house anyway. Second, the air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms are positioned directly over the head of the beds. Because the air blows straight down onto your face, I ended up sleeping the other way around on the bed to stay comfortable. Third, if you are not renting a car, you may need to walk for around 8-10 mins before you can reach to a place having shops, restaurants and train station. But having a rented car won't have any issue on this; and at the end of the day, walking for 8 - 10 mins may not be a huge issue for adults, just we have a kid, so walking for such distance may not be preferrable.
