La proximité, proche de deux lignes de métro.Pas besoin de prendre l’autobus pour se déplacer. Proche du Montmartre. L’hôte répond rapidement à mes messages et je souhaiterais y retourner très bientôt.

📍 Location The apartment is located in the lovely Batignolles area of Paris, which is a charming and quiet neighborhood. It’s very well connected, with two nearby metro stations: Pont Cardinet and Brochant. Getting around the city is very easy, and one of the lines even provides convenient access toward Orly Airport. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, including a Franprix just a 3 minute walk away. The neighborhood also has a beautiful park, making it a very pleasant area to stay in. 🏠 Check-in & Access The check-in process was extremely smooth and convenient. Instructions were sent in advance, and we accessed the keys through a secure lockbox using a code. The apartment has direct access from the street, which makes it easy when arriving with luggage. 🛋️ Apartment Features The apartment is spacious, modern, and clearly recently renovated. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open, well-organized, and very clean. Everything felt new and well maintained. It includes a washing machine that works perfectly, and the heating system was very effective, keeping the apartment warm and comfortable. 🛏️ Layout & Comfort The layout is very practical and ideal for families or groups. On the lower level (downstairs), there is a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a TV, along with a bathroom (with the toilet located on the upper level). In the main living area, there is an additional sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to six people. ⭐ Host Experience The host was outstanding. Communication was always quick and helpful, and they were very attentive in answering questions and resolving any concerns. This level of service truly made a difference in our stay.
