Расположение хорошее, до метро 6 минут пешком. Окружение у здания неказистое, но это везде в Тбилиси так, стоит только отойти от главных улиц. Хозяин очень внимательный и готов помочь в решении любых проблем. Есть стиральная машина, кухня с кучей посуды и уютный диван. Кондиционер спасает от жары.
Долго решались проблемы с роутером, так что вай-фай работал у меня только в последние 2 дня. Но хозяин сделал со своей стороны всё возможное, чтобы ускорить решение проблемы.

Great place for staying in Tbilisi. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment with an easy check-in process. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was convenient. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to other travellers.

O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos, além de ser muito silencioso e confortável. O apartamento fica próximo a vários restaurantes, padarias, mercados, metro e ônibus. Além de ficar próximo da maiorias das áreas turísticas da cidade. Os anfitriões são ótimos.
Não é um hotel, então é fácil encontrar pessoas no espaço privado. Não me incomodou muito, mas imagino que isso incomode algumas pessoas.
