Avlapart Apartment

Das Apartment liegt in Avlabari, unweit der gleichnamigen Metrostation. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man in einem kurzen Spaziergang in der Altstadt oder an der Sameba-Kathedrale. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, teilweise auch etwas kaputt, aber es wirkt nie unsicher, eher familiär. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat einen authentischen eigenwilligen Style, der uns gut gefallen hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und Levan war ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns persönlich die Schlüssel übergeben hat.

Leichte Schläfer sollten eventuell Earplugs mitnehmen, da die Wand im Schlafzimmer recht dünn ist und man nachts manchmal Rufe aus der Nachbarwohnung hört.

Спасибо хозяину Левану и его отцу Зурабу за сервис. И отдельное спасибо за ранее заселение. Заезд должен был быть в 12 дня, но мы приехали очень рано, в 6:00. С 2-мя детьми. Таксист сам набрал хозяина, за нами вышли и разрешили занести вещи и лечь спать. В 10 пришла горничная и тихонько все убрала. Не пришлось даже выходить из номера. Большое спасибо за грузинское гостеприимство.

Прекрасное жильё и очень добрый,радушный хозяин👍приехали поздно и немного заблудились ,помог нам добраться до жилья👍 Есть все необходимое,кровать удобная,кондиционер хороший, соседи приветливые. Третий раз в Тбилиси отдыхаем и всегда в этом районе 👍👍👍

I may be one of the first to leave a negative review, but this feedback is based purely on real experience and facts. The apartment is located in the old town area, near local Georgian families. However, the windows and doors do not have iron safety grills, which felt unsafe considering the location. During our stay, the heater provided was not working for one full day. Although it was replaced the next day, managing without proper heating in such cold weather was very difficult. The most serious issue was the master bedroom bed. It had been temporarily fixed, and during the night it collapsed while we were sleeping. When this was reported to the owner, there was no apology. Instead, we were asked to adjust using the sofa-cum-bed. The owner mentioned that a carpenter would come only after the New Year and that the apartment was rented in this condition. There were no extra blankets provided, which made the cold conditions even harder to tolerate. We had to manage with whatever was available. Additionally, there was no water supply for one day due to an ice-related issue from the public department, which added to the inconvenience. On the positive side, the apartment includes helpful facilities such as a kitchen, microwave, washing machine, and hot dryer. These were especially useful while traveling with kids. Another comforting point was that the owner’s father, a local Georgian, lives nearby. Overall, the apartment was manageable, but there is a strong need for improvement in maintenance, safety, heating, bedding, and hospitality. These basic issues should be fully addressed before renting the apartment to guests.
